resets, clear browser history etc, if they’d have just admitted there was an issue I could have left the house and gone into the office instead. Plus, it’s my birthday, I was hoping for a nice wfh day, and this has ruined my day, I’m now back in the office. Please explain.

@virginmedia hello. You clearly have some issues where we can’t access any Google sites via VM, but nobody in your call centre seems to know there is an issue, despite multiple people on X talking about it. Your call centre has wasted my whole morning getting me to do router

I've reached out over LI to both of the people involved with the company (which seems to be based in either US or Tel Aviv) but I'm getting no reply. What's their motive for doing this? Would love to know if anyone else has experienced this.
