The Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) is inviting written comments from the public regarding the application for the transfer of licences from Capital FM (2015) Limited to Next Media Services Limited and Kin Kariisa.

The proposed transaction would result in Next Media Services Limited and Kin Kariisa acquiring 100% ownership and control of Capital FM (2015) Limited, subject to UCC’s consideration and approval.

Members of the public are invited to submit any comments regarding the application within 14 days from 14 September 2026.
