@yannick07507572 I think it would depend if your setting is private or public on the social media platform. The people that follow you will be able to see what you post (if you are on a private setting), but I think those people can also be the reason your information is so to say, public.

@shaeereyes Try to find hobbies that will distract you from the urge of being on your phone! I find that helped for me 🙂
