@ilaffey2@csanz Come work with us at UT's research campus in Austin! Your work on GPS denied fixed wings is interesting. We building in American, I have multiple drone contracts we are working on, that I think you'd like. lmk
@Marcel_A_Buth@Scobleizer Many have tried before us. A couple are trying now. It's more a race of the first to pull it off in a way that satisfies the customer nowadays.
@Z1970@Scobleizer eve is NDAA compliant American parts, built in America. States/federal gov are banning CCP drones from being used in public safety, already banned their use in the military. People definitely are concerned about this.
@0xAraqen @Scobleizer Check out regulations for what's called Beyond Visual Line of Sight drones! They're there to make the people safe. For instance, we have a parachute for those situations that must be rigorously tested under the supervision of a certified agency! Thank you for your question.
@KatieMPatton @Scobleizer many real-time crime centers have dispatchers watching video streams from cameras around town as situations develop. It's a hard job, and they deserve a lot of respect for it! Make sure the city near you has mental health benefits for them. :)
@BrennanWoodruff@Scobleizer Hi Brennan! Thanks for being part of the movement for safer public safety! We don't replace officers, we just make them more efficient by arriving to less that they aren't needed at. To have a drone that was coat efficient enough for the service, we had to build our own.
@EsranurKaygin@Scobleizer Hi Ersa, thank you for your interest in the problem! It's difficult to say exactly how many people die from service delays. The estimation is 44k last year. Also the US has about 300k+ heart attacks, and 150k overdoses a year, where delays to service are critical survival factors
