@AmazonUK disgusted that my echo spot developed a fault within warranty but was only replaced with a refurbished one that was dusty. Been told that it can not be replaced with a new one as the warranty is nearing its end. This is not in line with the consumers right act!
@orbitgroup Disappointed in your customer services ablility to understand/rectify a breach on your side of our contract as well as the huge amount of time it takes for a reply to an email (19 days). Complaint made 3 months ago, one promise made and broken. No action. PLEASE AMEND

@Secretsales I have still not received my order from January. I have been trying to cancel it. Consumers Act Right 2015 says I am due a full refund but all I get is unanswered emails. The product has still not been dispatched. I WANT MY MONEY BACK #Criminal
