Hey @AppleSupport your latest update is terrible. Some of my apps I leave open for convenience, now when I open them they auto logout and the app freezes and I can’t open it until I restart the phone. Ridiculous.

@CitizensBank Hello Citizens Bank. How do you get someone to answer the phone at your branches? Phone rings and rings and rings…..no one answers. It’s extremely annoying when you are holding all my money.

@RI_DLT Need some help. Daughter applied for benefits and has been unable to certify online. Her account info is there but can’t click on anything, dates all show N/A she has been approved. How does she get some help, can’t get through on the phone either.
