What becomes increasingly clear the more I rewatch Veep is that Richard Splett is one of the most hilarious characters on recent television. The "problem" is that the show as a whole is so good, it can go unnoticed.

Bday dinner at a nice new place downtown has been on point: good food, good cocktails, basically MY playlist (all 90s r&b), and a book. As an added bonus I’ve been able to eavesdrop on finance bros having a drink and I’m happy to report that their convos are still unhinged
