@OVOEnergy rang today to get refund but my account has a billing hold I was not informed there was a hold .Please could you help why there is a hold

@AskNationwide I’m 17p short on a direct debit because a previous
Company took out £1.50 I have cancelled the order but the money won’t be in my account for 48 hours will that effect the direct debit collected today
@OVOEnergy was switched over from sse on the 27th July and on my account it says I used over £900 in a day when I been in credit with sse for a year rang but still not sorted
