#YourREC We have some agency workers on a weekly payroll, do they need to move to monthly pay if furloughed, or do we continue to pay them weekly and only make our claim every three weeks?
#YourREC With agency worker calculations; are we supposed to hope that our calculations are correct and begin paying those on furlough, before the HMRC portal is live? Can we wait until the portal is live before making any payments? If so what do we do about running payroll?
#YourREC Notes on agency worker calculation refers to the statement - "if the employee has been engaged for a full 12 months" - does this mean they will have worked every month for 12 months, or does it mean their first assignment will have been at least 12 months ago?
#YourREC Agency workers: when calculating which is the higher of the same month's earnings in the previous year, or the average monthly earnings from 2019-20 tax year, the answer could be different each month - do we therefore have to assess the basis of calculation every month?
@RECmembers We have a lot of Agency Workers "on the payroll" at any one time however they don't always work every month. Therefore does this include ALL staff that were on the payroll on 28th February or only those that worked in that pay period? #YourREC
