Just to remind those who keep asking what happened to the COSASE report on Uganda Airlines...it was denied audience on the floor of Parliament by Rt Hon Anita Among, I mean the Anita with "a"

That time, the report was uploaded onto the Parliamentary system and all the 529 MPs accessed it, but the Speaker claimed that it "leaked." Even if it had leaked, there is no law/rule which says Parliament can't debate a committee report which leaked, afterall the investigations were all done publicly with the media present.

All this is indicative of the fact that the Speaker had ulterior motives to frustrate this report, that's why you see guilt written allover her face in this video.
