@jshocds She is a local Saint for me that while aware of, have not visited her shrine or gotten to know. Your post has inspired me to rectify this. Thank you.
Reminiscing as the church celebrates Corpus Christi and feeling thankful that I was able to pilgrimage to Orvieto, Italy and celebrate Mass in the chapel where this Eucharistic Miracle remains today

@KJP Flag that accompanied the remains of my husband’s uncle who died in WW2 when finally brought home. Ended up with my mom-in-law who gave to my husband. I had framed for him and now in our home permanently.
Once children became things we can create, select, freeze, discard, rent wombs for, pay for, screen for, customize, we really should not be shocked when people begin speaking of them like they are just products, because that is what products are, they are judged by their quality, they are measured by how useful they are, they are accepted or rejected based on whether they meet the desires of the buyer.
This is what normalizing abortion, IVF and surrogacy has done for us. Evils beyond our wildest imaginations.
You are not the victim here. You used your baby for content and profit until you realized he wouldn’t be your preferred “outcome.” You exploited him, then you had him killed, then you used his murder to make more content. It’s grotesque and quite heartbreaking.

@Andrewnsnyder Conflicted whether he/others like him who post statements like this actually believe what posting or are posting vile comments knowing it will get a significant response so profitable to the person financially and/or emotionally. Regardless demonstrates how sin darkens the soul.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

O Sacred Heart of Jesus, for whom it is impossible not to have compassion on the afflicted, have pity on us miserable sinners and grant us the grace which we ask of You, through the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mary, Your tender Mother and ours.
Amen.

Making a marriage work for the sake of one's children is a good thing.
Too many people treat staying together “for the kids” like it’s something shameful or weak. But children benefit when their mother and father fight for their family instead of walking away at the first sign of hardship.
Marriage was never meant to be sustained by feelings. Love is sacrifice, commitment, forgiveness, and choosing your family even when things are difficult.
Join me in this ancient prayer, written for Pentecost Sunday approximately eight hundred years ago. It was written to be sung between the epistle and Gospel and is called “the Golden Sequence” because it’s among the most beautiful Gregorian chants ever composed.
Veni Sancte Spiritus:
Come, Holy Spirit,
send forth the heavenly radiance of your light.
Come, father of the poor;
come, giver of gifts;
come, light of the heart.
Greatest comforter,
sweet guest of the soul,
sweet consolation.
In labor, rest;
in heat, temperance;
in tears, solace.
O most blessed light, fill the inmost heart of your faithful.
Without your grace, there is nothing in us, nothing that is not harmful.
Wash what is unclean;
water what is dry;
heal what is wounded.
Bend what is rigid;
warm what is cold;
correct what goes astray.
Give to your faithful who trust in you the sevenfold gifts.
Grant the reward of virtue;
grant the gift of salvation;
grant eternal joy.
Come, Holy Spirit, I can do NOTHING without you. Give me a new heart!
