English saignée rosé is tipped to be a major new category for wine GB – a more gastronomic pour than traditional pink fizz. To put 6 of our finest to the test @DouglasBlyde chaired a fascinating blind-tasting session to judge saignée’s potential Click https://t.co/6vtpbAnF5Z
Hugely impressive debut Brut NV English sparkler - very Bollinger in style (lots of Pinot, some wood and reserve wines). Ripe and broad on the palate, nice underlying tension, aromas of fresh apple, lemon shortbread and red summer berries. Bright, focused and textured. Excellent
We were so pleased to receive the exciting news last week - we picked up a silver medal for our Everflyht Rosé de Saignée at the @Wine_GB#winesofgbawards our first time entering with our debut wines so a very promising start #englishwine#eastsussex

Enjoying the glorious weather in the Everflyht vineyard today as Luke and James tuck in the vines behind the wires so they don’t get damaged when the tractor goes past. The vines are growing so fast at the moment in this lovely heat. 🍇 ☀️

First visit to the @londonwinefair with @NicStricSmith @ Smith & Vine. Met some really interesting like-minded people. Just can’t wait to get our sparkling wine out there & become part of the amazing English wine movement. 🥂

What a difference a few years make. April 2018 (left) & June 2022. The cover crop has now taken & is supporting the vines & returning much needed nutrients back into the soil and crowding out the weeds. It's lovely to look back and see what we have achieved. #englishvineyard
