Evergreen is proud to showcase another past project: Falcon Point. Located in Northeast Windsor & completed in May of 2019, the project started off as an industrial flex building & with TARA Energy Services becoming the future tenant.

The 23,000sf facility includes approx. 3,000sf of office space, wash bay, and workshop where TARA services oil field equipment. TARA also utilizes a large storage yard to stage equipment for repairs and inspections.

Evergreen is making quick progress on our Silverline Workshop & Office Building project. Approx. 14,000sf and located in Windsor, CO. Today’s photos show the building after the exterior walls have been wrapped in insulated metal panels, with trim installation well underway.

Evergreen often recommends Insulated Metal Panels (IMP’s) for projects such as this. These panels are comprised of a metal skin with an insulating foam core & can be used for wall or roof applications in a variety of colors, sizes, and finishes.

Evergreen Industrial worked hard to drive the design+construction process for this spec. development, and partnered with Infusion Architecture, VFLA, and Schuman Companies, with subcontractors including Dobbs Excavating, JB Concrete, Topgun Concrete, and Metallic Building Company

Evergreen Industrial, LTD is pleased to share another past project: Greendale East in Windsor, CO.
A 30,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building completed in February, 2019, and the sister building to the CPP facility mentioned earlier this week.

Evergreen Industrial is pleased to share a past project: CPP Headquarters in Windsor, CO.
Acting as the General Contractor, Evergreen completed this 30,000 square foot pre-engineered metal building in April, 2019, alongside Infusion Architecture, VFLA, and Schuman Companies.
