#pstpln #EDUC331 I use my screens a lot. For texting friends, playing games, or reading. I do try to even that out by knitting, playing games with friends, or baking. I am happy with the amount of time I use though.

I moderate by spending tome doing other things I like! Such as drawing, baking, or hanging out with friends. #pstpln #EDUC331
