Two stories are happening at the same time.

In El Salvador, the @btcfarmersmrkt just hit its 3-year anniversary, and everything there runs on Bitcoin. You can buy a steak and a @COLDCARDwallet in the same hour. A rancher calls beef freedom tech. @blinkbtc, a wallet built in this country, just went fully self-custodial for every user.

So when Bitcoiners rage quit over the IMF deal, the builders who stayed didn't panic. One called it "a flushing of the weak hands." Another said don't let perfect be the enemy of good.
