@McDonaldsUK ordered via the App and food went to a restaurant 20 miles away. I've been charged. App let me say I'd arrived. Staff unhelpful, gave me a phone number that didn't work and chat function loops,.no help at all! An absolutely horrendous experience and no way to sort it

@Wowcher_Support bought a spa voucher today. Didn't realise until I got the voucher that the redeem date is 30 June 2023. Tried to book in with the spa who had no availability before the expiry date. Absolutely crazy!! Had to ask for a refund but really wanted the voucher
