The head of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has said his countries will support Gianni Infantino in his bid for re-election as FIFA president.
The comments from Sheikh Salman bin Ebrahim al-Khalifa mark a U-turn by the AFC, who joined European governing body UEFA and CONCACAF (North and Central America and the Caribbean) in condemning Infantino in August.

Gael didn't have the courage to follow Elina on her trips to Ukraine, instead she had to calm him down. Her whole post looks like she took the blame to save him from the embarrassment, but people make her a villain.
You’ve had two weeks off, the players have had a confidence boosting international break and the management have had a chance to review how the team have performed and where they can improve. You have a home match against a newly promoted side. And you produce that? Pathetic.
Our manager:
- plays a RB in the LB position
- subbed said LB off for another player who has never played LB
- uses our in form #9 as the 10
- keeps recycling a CB duo who don’t trust each other
What else am I missing?

@MsRobinHosking@Jolomoco Against a low block - yep! Even the comms kept mentioning it throughout the game. How have our coaches not worked this out by now?
