I’m reaching out again because we truly need help. 🙏🏽
I started sharing my mother’s situation back in January, hoping to raise enough to help with her treatment. However, the whole process became overwhelming for me, and I eventually stopped posting about it.
I started a daily routine: waking up at 5 a.m., drinking water, walking barefoot while declaring words over my life, never missing daily devotion, listening to podcasts during workouts, and meditating with yoga. I also learn a new word every day, read a chapter of the Bible, build my prayer vocabulary, and speak without filler words.
It's been an intentional year of personal development.
in friendships and romance I keep realizing it doesn’t matter so much that someone is different from you it matters that they have the desire and capacity to meet you in the middle
I love self-aware people, people who acknowledge your response even though it wasn't what they meant, people who are quick to reassure you of how important you are.
I love emotionally intelligent people who are intentional with building friendships.
Go where you’re valued.
This applies to every part of life.
Career: Don’t stay in roles where your skills are overlooked. The right workplace won’t make you beg for opportunities.
Relationships: Love shouldn’t feel like constant auditioning. If they want you, you won’t need to prove your worth every day.
Friendships: Real friends don’t limit you, they amplify you.
Family: Even with blood, peace matters. Protect your mental space.
Society: You don’t have to fit into every circle. Find the rooms where your voice matters.
Life generally: Your value doesn’t increase because someone recognizes it, it only becomes clearer.
Go where your presence is appreciated, not tolerated.
Your growth depends on the soil you choose.
