@Uber_Support My issue is that the cars that took my request cancelled but they do it by msg me to cancel. There was no surge in requests here. I understand the concept. The price increased and you could not deliver a product. And it affects my rating not theirs because they ask me to cancel
@Uber_Support early am I had a scheduled ride pickup for Airport. Driver picked it up then asked me to cancel. The next driver was doing another ride and was far away so i then had to cancel. Then when I went to book again the price had tripled. I had to rush a cab instead.
