A bit late with the news, but my long cut is finally over. I've managed to hit my long-term goal, the 60.9–61.1kg interval, for several days in a row, and even went a bit further.

Now I should stay stable for maybe a couple of weeks, but I'm already failing this task. Tough.

Exactly 365 days ago I decided to start losing weight.
A year of steady progress is a long way, but the journey is far from over.
The focus now shifts to building strength and gaining lean muscle.

Three years today. Oh man, this is still so grim. Feeling so sorry for Ukraine. And it seems like the agressor is getting away with it ('thank you donald very cool'). But at least there is some hope that ceasefire will happen this year which is certainly good.
