Raw materials in -> Products out (Batteries, Vehicles, HVAC, TeslaBot, etc)

Sounds like a worthwhile challenge statement for @boringcompany @elonmusk . Dig a network of parallel tunnels across the country for high speed travel: Commercial/Shipping, Human/Recreational and nation wide freshwater balancing.
