AUTONOMOUS DRIVING/FSD
COMMUNITY HELP NEEDED🙏
I’m working on an upcoming video intended for legislators, regulators, and city officials, focused on autonomous driving safety and the case for smarter, evidence-based regulation — including the pace of approving robotaxi programs in major cities.
I’m looking for credible first-hand stories from people who believe Tesla FSD — or possibly another autonomous driving system such as Waymo or others — prevented what could have been a serious accident, or even saved their life.
If that happened to you and you're aligned with this effort, please DM me at @connectingodots. Strongest submissions will include a short personal testimony and supporting footage/evidence if available.
Not looking for hearsay. First-hand only.
Thread below with what to send.

Each one built with love. When @elonmusk said that, really choked me up. Everyday we make our products with our customers in mind. We love all of you more than you know. Thanks for CONSTANTLY lifting us up. ALL THE LOVE!!!!
After nearly 18 years I can stop working on Model S and X. We put so much love into these products, but will continue to pour that into the future products. Thanks to everyone who believed in and supported these cars through the years. We strived for the best and will never stop. Saying goodbye to something great and making room for something even greater!
QUESTION TO CAT PARENTS
My cat just chin-rubbed my phone (now officially hers) then tried to paw it off the table, but I stopped her
Now I feel guilty:
Since her phone, should I have let her drop it?
And am I allowed to even use it anymore, or do I need to buy myself a new one?
I know what you mean, but since you posted that Jody Scheckter picture, I’ll use it as a pivot.
To me, the 1970s Scheckter era would have felt like horse racing no matter what. The Senna vs Prost era was when it became truly interesting for me. Others might point to Schumacher or any number of drivers since, leading up to today’s heroes.
But the intense rivalries like Prost vs Senna and Senna vs Schumacher are exactly why racing remains relevant, while FSD racing does not. It’s not just the battle of skills that drew me to F1, but the clash of personalities and flaws: calculated versus daring, life-loving versus fully committed, driving with a safety margin versus flat-out at the limit, friends with the regulators versus determined maverick.
We don’t watch two computers play chess against each other. We watch humans — even though the best human players are now surpassed by machines.
It would be interesting to see humans and autonomous vehicles battle on the track for a short period. It would be brief, though: at first humans would win every time, then almost immediately the wins would all go to the AI, even without the advantage of exceeding human-level G-forces.
Ultimately, it’s the human skill, flaws, determination, and tactics that we follow. FSD is great for driving everywhere, but for racing, give me humans or I’m out.
I tailored an action plan for you but it seems like PDF or Word can't go through X DMs.
👉Let me know in DM whether to send it to a currently active email address - or possibly to convert it to png image files and pass through DM.
Also - from what I understood, @nextbigfuture 's account is still active, and can serve as a bridge to Support, so the plan is structured accordingly, If I got this one wrong, let me know and I will update promptly.
Finally, While this isn't easy, keep optimistic. - your case looks very solveable, despite Google's sometimes uncooperative support.
And in the UNEXPECTED case that nothing works, I also have an unconventional approach for solving this. It's completely legit but a bit more disruptive, so let's keep it for the odd chance that all conventional channels fail.
Good luck!
@grok Repeating the same reply every time expecting it to become true is insane. Assuming you are not - why do you repeat doing so when i explicitly said it's a trick question written by someone with extreme ADHD, and "No debt" is not the correct answer to this trick question?
Please try replying one more time. If you fail I'll give you a final hint.
@grok you gave same reply as before, while i said it is wrong. here's another hint: it was a trick question.
(also - after replying: in future conversations if i summon you and tyou answer, if i want followup answers and reply to your first reply, do i have to write @grok every time, or do you take part in conversation under top mention regardless?)
@grok@grok not the best answer. Try to reanswer the riddle at the top post under the same guidelines (no peeking at other subposts/comments etc) but with the following hint.
Hint: the riddle was written by someone with extreme ADHD
