@josephine__VT so when its really quiet and I have my hearing aids, I can actually hear some stuff sometimes, still not properly but it's the best I can get, that's also the way I listen to music. Hearing aids, noise cancelling over ears, put the volume down and listen (or crank it up for bass)

@josephine__VT yeah the thing is I have ANSD which is different from conventional hearing loss.
My ears work, the neural pathways from ear to brain just refuse to transfer it correctly, so I hear things muffled and delayed and whatnot. And when there's too much noise it's just white noise.
