@SP_EnergyPeople I’m emailing someone in your complaints team. Who is refusing to let me speak to her manager. I’ve message over Twitter before and you promised a call back and guess what? No one ever called me. So I’m fighting this.

So @ScottishPower have connected my electricity after contacting the Ombudsman to assist. Compensation the are offering is an INSULTING £150! They think my Sky subscription would only be £10 a month! Plus I’ve had to pay for accommodation! @ipswichstar24 have been emailed 👌🏻

@ElimuAnn @ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople Thanks! They were supposed to move our meter the day UKPN moved our mains electric. They cancelled without telling us haven’t been able to speak to anyone since! 14th July since we’ve had no electric!

So @ScottishPower and @SP_EnergyPeople promised me a call back on my last tweet.. guess who never called? They feel it’s acceptable to leave a family with a toddler without electricity. They won’t even contact me to fix it when it’s an issue caused by THEM! 👍 great work guys 🙄

@acm2000 @ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople Oh I am! Ombudsman are on the case too! Still not had a call have I! All because they chose to cancel an appointment without actually telling me! So UKPN did their part but Scottish power didn’t bother. Can’t get hold of anyone by calling 😡

So @ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople you think it’s acceptable to leave us with NO electric since 14th July and keep telling me an account manager will call when they never do? Ignoring all my complaints. I also have a 3 year old. You’ve split our family up having to move out!
