Just recording my experience with @Aetna

The way @Aetna has handled my tick borne illnesses is terrifying & cruel.

@Aetna healthcare is forcing me to see non doctors who prohibit the treatment & testing I need due to gross negligence. @Aetna knows of the incompetence of the Chincoteague rural health center but ignores it & still tries to force me with serious health issues to see unqualified medical personnel while they prevent you from proper treatment & testing. I’m still waiting for the case worker from @Aetna to contact me.

@Aetna & its employees lie & deceive & the ones I have dealt with have enjoyed being rude & dismissive.

Just got out of hospital & rehab after months of antibiotics & now @Aetna is trying to force the same medical people at Chincoteague rural health on me that have tortured me now for years with their ignorance on the subject of tick borne diseases. @Aetna has prevented me from stopping my suffering by forcing non doctors to control my health situation & putting up roadblocks to thorough blood testing.

@elonmusk please promote this. Come up with a way to get more blood tests done on people in rural areas. We desperately need help with healthcare & there are so many people suffering from tick borne illnesses that there needs to be in rural areas a standard tick borne illness bloodwork test done for people & animals as a protocol

I just spent years with @Aetna health insurance & here is my experience.

-@Aetna forced me to see non doctors & prevented me from seeing legitimate doctors for my condition

-@Aetna employees lied & deceived me whenever they spoke with me when I told them about the negligence that was happening with their provider they were forcing me to see. @Aetna did nothing to help & have ignored my experience.

-I tried to get doctors I needed & pay for everything myself & the provider & @Aetna wouldn’t get me referrals & appointments I needed & prevented me from getting tick borne illnesses blood tests as I was having organ failure in front of them for years & telling them how desperately I needed these tests & they ignored & mocked me.

-My condition was so dire that I couldn’t even go more than a half hour or hour away. My weight was 120’s & my malnutrition & emaciation was so obvious that people were praying for me in public as @Aetna & medical treatment they were providing was ignoring my conditions & forcing the wrong medication & treatment on me even after I got my tick borne illness diagnosis of Rocky Mountain spotted fever & alpha gal + who knows what else I still can’t get thorough testing done.

-When I filed a grievance report with @Aetna on their provider they have just ignored me & given me no information on my report when the stuff this provider did to me was pure negligence. The case manager they assign you doesn’t even take or return your calls & just ignores you.

-The employees I spoke with at @Aetna were rude, aggressive, condescending, dismissive, oblivious, low iq, arrogant, that were enjoying my suffrage as I was experiencing organ failure & anaphylactic issues while speaking with them

-Now @Aetna is trying to force me to continue on seeing non doctors when I just spent months at a hospital & rehab getting antibiotics because of the tick borne diseases. I had to go outside the only option @Aetna was forcing me to see because of their ridiculously obvious negligence but @Aetna still to this day is trying to force me to see the Chincoteague rural health center when it’s as bad as it gets

It’s weirdly difficult to get blood tests for tick borne illnesses in Chincoteague Virginia along with the entire eastern shore. I’m more than happy to share how awful the health professionals that @Aetna pushes you into seeing & then in Virginia @Aetna controls if you can see actual doctors by forcing you to get referrals through non doctor nurse practitioners. The suffering I just went through without accountability is shocking even after I reported behavior to @Aetna & they in turn were deceptive & abusive with their treatment while I was having organ failure with Rocky Mountain spotted fever & alpha gal syndrome.

Who would be responsible for investigations into how many people are diagnosed with tick borne illnesses in Virginia & how many tick borne disease tests are recommended by medical professionals that @Aetna force you to go see on their healthcare plan. I have spent years trying to get blood tests for tick borne diseases & @AetnaHelp @ @Aetna put roadblocks up that prevented me from getting those tick tests that might help show root causes of my anaphylactic episodes but instead prescribing me medication that was adding to my medical problems. I had to get out of their system to finally get the proper medical treatment after suffering for 5+ years. I know #spcx & @SpaceX are trending but get @elonmusk to address the healthcare system failures where companies like @Aetna force negligent incompetent health people (not even doctors) on you prescribing medication that doesn’t tell you root causes. My medical abuse case having a tick borne illness & getting it diagnosed properly that I went through with @Aetna forcing me to see grossly incompetent medical providers needs to be heard & it’s such an easy malpractice case but yet there’s nowhere to report @Aetna behavior. The abuse you go through where @Aetna can treat you with such disdain & disrespect without accountability is tough to believe until the employees of @Aetna start mocking you because they know customers are powerless against this giant machine they work for. Some of @Aetna employees were enjoying being disrespectful & you could tell they enjoyed being rude. This is such an easy class action lawsuit because there must be so many more people being destroyed by this tick borne diseases where @Aetna prevents blood tests that are necessary for symptoms being shown.

How are you supposed to deal with @Aetna & @AetnaHelp for your health insurance when they promise you a case manager & you never get one, when you try contacting them for health issues their employees mock you & send you on wild goose chases, send you to not even doctors but people that aren’t qualified to deal with your health issues & force you to take prescriptions without proper testing but just on whims. In Chincoteague the healthcare you receive is wildly negligent & @Aetna keeps forcing you to see them as your only option. Just got back from getting antibiotics for months along with a round of doxycycline. @Aetna & their providers prevented me from getting the proper tests while misdiagnosing me & never allowing me to see doctors but only people who aren’t qualified to deal with my health issues. The medical treatment I’ve received in eastern shore Virginia needs to be investigated. They need to investigate how many tick blood tests have been given in the area of Chincoteague. @Aetna was preventing me from getting any real help but allowing their providers to push medications on me that were causing me anaphylactic issues without any blood tests I was begging for years. I need a great law firm to represent me against @aetna & their medical people they forced me to go through. There needs to be investigations into why @aetna prevents people from getting tick tests especially in rural areas where there’s a ton of ticks like Chincoteague. If I didn’t go to a different hospital system & seek help from more qualified doctors I wouldn’t have made it. When I tried talking to people at @Aetna their employees were deceiving me or mocking me as I was begging for blood tests. Think about how awful these @Aetna employees are for deceiving desperate people who are getting horrible healthcare like I am. @Aetna has all my info to treat me with respect but they chose to treat their customers like enemies & trying to prevent them from getting any real kind of help but you’re just a product getting medications that don’t help you getting pushed on you. @Aetna needs to be investigated for denying blood tests

@Aetna doesn’t let you see doctors you need but limit your access to providers only. In Virginia you need referrals for doctor appointments so @Aetna traps you into medical areas that are criminally negligent in my experience but @Aetna doesn’t allow any type of accountability & ends up protecting the providers & not their clients. I still need blood tests done that still hasn’t happened after years of trying. @Aetna customer service mocks you when you call also. The low level employees at @Aetna seem like they’re instructed to spin things & purposely frustrate you as their job description. The way @Aetna has medically treated me for having CIRS & Alpha Gal(possibly more @Aetna won’t allow the tests I need) is class action malpractice lawsuits waiting to happen. There’s no way this is acceptable what they’ve done to me because I’m sure there’s many others being misdiagnosed, under diagnosed, treated poorly by uninformed providers just pushing pharma, & having their lives destroyed by this

Here IMO is a fair comparison to make it easier to understand how @Aetna views how they cover your health

If I had home insurance with @Aetna that covered tornado damage & a tornado destroyed my house and I called @Aetna to make a claim they would deny the claim & say but the tornado is gone now & they’re responsible for nothing & then drop your coverage while you’re homeless. Then they would ignore your calls & when you called their general number @Aetna employees would mock you as you explain how you’re homeless because of the tornado.

My health coverage by @Aetna is like this but even worse because @Aetna would probably even be sponsoring the tornado.

@Aetna forced me to have my serious health condition by a provider that was clueless & grossly incompetent & not even a real doctor. This provider controlled who I could get appointments with & referrals necessary to see doctors for my condition.

This provider negligently blew off my health situation and ignored my suffering while @Aetna was denying my ability to see a real doctor. As I was tortured for years with malpractice & misdiagnosis it destroyed my health and @Aetna just dropped me and left me to die all while @Aetna employees were ignoring me & mocking me saying good luck going up against us.

@Aetna forced me to see medical people that were grossly negligent and their response since they destroyed my health because of their providers treatment of me has been good luck sucker going up against us when there’s no options for the peasant that you are while @aetna employees enjoy being rude to you. That’s my experience.

I have severe mold allergies, alpha gal, histamine intolerance, anaphylactic reactions, and @Aetna & its providers were prescribing medicine & a diet that was torturing me & giving me anaphylactic reactions everyday for years. The provider & doctors ignored everything I told them about my condition. @Aetna has enabled this behavior & protected the provider & destroyed me their customer. How is this not a crime

Why don’t your employees have to disclose that there could be a conflict of interest when you file grievance report against a provider.

An @Aetna employee supposedly my case manager who said they were representing my interests never disclosed that they might own these health centers that I’m filing a grievance report on.

If you own every aspect of the chain of business where do we report for accountability.
