@XolidCity If you think Manchester City got to where they are without cheating, and that didn't directly effect numerous other clubs, you're delusional. The punishment needs to be so severe that nobody even contemplates doing it again. Man City are basically just their owners at this point
@XolidCity The Premier League will be done if City aren't punished in a way that leaves them totally uncompetetive for many years. The red trio want blood. If they don't get it, the European Super League will be back on. And that really would kill the Premier League.
@XolidCity If they don't, the big clubs that haven't had artificial success are probably going to start the Super League idea up again. They've been waiting for the outcome of this. Too light sanctions will actually equal the end the Premier League imo.
@Vision4theBlind I have 2 friends who had it only a few weeks ago. Still makes people feel like shit but has mutated so much that it's now weaker than the first variants. It's what a lot of viruses do. The amount of people who think everyone is out to do them over is batshit crazy.
@THKOEsoon You can loan players under 18 but it's more complicated as it requires parental consent and also a continuation of education. At 18, which he will be by the next window, he should go on loan if he isn't going to play here.
@GrzegorzGreg2@thfchan_@coysliam You can only have a registered squad of 25 players, of which only 17 can be non home grown. We have registered our full quota. That can't be changed until the January window opens. Therefore we couldn't register Icardi to play.
@VikaYidette Another player who hadn't had a long spell out for ages before joining us. And his last one was broken ribs rather than a significant ball playing part of the body. It will take him a while to get going again properly.
@dantracey1983 Clubs often bring in players to the youth team to be better players for the true prospects to play with. They can't develop properly if their teammates aren't good enough. Man U used Tom Huddlestone for this at the end of his career.
@mackyd78 Because when you back someone to this extent, you also back with time. The 2 go hand in hand. Otherwise impatience causes another sacking, and another new manager who then inherits Β£300m worth of new players he may not want.
@coysliam@_duggie_100 Except it is the point because he wouldn't have played thus far and Porro is just suffering a bit of post World Cup fatigue. Plus our manager doesn't like him at all. He'd probably actually play Gray ahead of him now we're not scrapping for survival.
@FplStavLasso Trying to push an agenda to ensure that we continued to be referee more harshly than any team in the league. They'll hate it if we actually start to get treated fairly.
@NMBLAKE Probably but we're the most harshly officiated team in the league. There is statistical evidence for this last season that was beyond statistical anomaly and put it in the agenda category. The uproar on this is because a decision finally benefitted us and that ruins everyones fun
@bentley_seven Karma would have to award us about 10 dodgy penalties to balance out the bullshit refereeing we've been on the receiving end of the past couple of years.
