Art Basel was full of surprises for me. Met incredible tech doers and OGs! This week we’re already working on the next steps with some of them. For example, finally the first ever 2 year loan backed by a real estate RWA and crypto will be launched in Q1/24! This will scale the sales of real estate assets on-chain.

Learning updates from filecoin’s, rarible’s, maple’s and polygon’s key stakeholders was refreshing. So much progress done in 2023 and exciting updates coming in 2024. Proud of our industry, and that many of these builders now live in Miami so we can collaborate in person.
