@robinebers@JustinGorya You underestimate the amount of devs bound to Windows due to corporate policies but can use Codex :-) I know loads. And many of them are targeting Linux based targets. Containers, VMs, bare metal servers, ....
The question is who's really targeting windows nowadays?
@pwealthydad@thsottiaux Yes, but I have two plus accounts and fly through the like nothing now. I might actually consider the 5x for the future not having to switch so often.
@JaniBangiev@ibocodes I also got the one year max plan before 5 came out at 288/year now it is 1920/year or something like this. My renewal is like 720 or so now
@IKEA Please use a different glue on the stickers for Komplement 302.568.91
It’s horrible to remove it, needed to use also rubbing alcohol to get the residue off.
I can build a drawer in under 5 minutes but this takes me 10 to remove the stickers….
@vladov3000@lemire Ok it compiles 3 times slower, how much is the execution speed difference?
One can always find a downside to anything, but there might be some hidden benefit 😉
@ForrestTheWoods@lemire@tmikov Mercurial has maybe a better design, but every time I was to use hg it was an excruciating slow experience. That might have been due to the fact that it usually was a huge repo, but I think this has poisoned it for me.
As I always say, "Help will always be given at Hogwarts to those who ask for it." The general principle is that if a software engineer asks for my help, help will be given. Programmers are blood brothers, software engineers solve the same problems. Assistance is courtesy.
