For all I know, it could be both.
@PokeDailyPost My ranking:
1. Megas - only certain pokemon but lasts all battle. The con is it requires a held item.
2. Tera - all pokemon, lasts until KO, STAB boost/weakness coverage.
3. Dyna/Gigantamax - Power boost, lasts 3 turns.
4. Z-Moves - Once/battle powerful move, required held item.
@DarkLeafCoven I know what you mean. Even with the allergy meds I still used to get hit like a truck on occasion.
