Ang SC ID ni Ate Shawie, milyonarya at sikat, pero pareho lang ng karamihan sa atin - tina-type lang sa computer, ipini-print, ididikit ang ID picture with the use of the lowly paste (meron pa ba nyan?) or glue, pipirmahan at tapos, ikaw pa ang magpapa-laminate. Napaka-high tech talaga ng ating mga LGU ano? Di man lang maka-afford ng mala-RFID (or UMID). Pero ang confidential funds ng mga iyan, hundreds of millions in pesoses!
