@eNCA It’s not true…I was stuck there and tried every avenue possible of connecting with the SA government and couldn’t make contact in the least. Numbers rang out, no responses on email and the app is meaningless without any alerts or notifications. It’s radio silence on the ground

A few of us are stranded in Dubai and your emergency number just rings, your app doesn’t do anything nor are you responding to emails. We are not sure if the embassy or consulate even operates from Dubai
