BJP appoints the CEC, he is immune to FIRs or any legal or criminal cases (Read CEC Act 2023). Yes he is above the president

There are 2 EVMs: one which has actual votes and another which is already voted in the favour of BJP. Later in the course of time, BJP and EC smartly replace the whole machine with the fraud one and later everyone believes that BJP has won.

BJP or EC will also let Congress and other party win but just 10-20 seats so nobody can argue and everything will look fair and free.
