2/2 @VodafoneUK how can somebody report a fault if no o e will listen. Luckily she is still within the cooling off period so the co tract will be cancelled once she is able to speak to someone who is prepared to listen - very disappointed with your understanding of the situation

@VodafoneUK my elderly mother still has no telephone which you do not care about, you will still not let me report the fault, not good enough. To the ombudsman we go #vodafonefail #vodafonedontcare

1/2 Why @VodafoneUK is it so difficult to report a fault on my elderly/disabled mothers landline- I rang customer service only to be told I wasn’t authorised to report a fault and they must speak to my mother, I live 60miles from my mother, she can not ring you because the fault

@sarajcox Means I can go to the beach and not freak out about the sand. I put it on my feet and legs And it stops the sand sticking. Then before I put my socks on my feet are sand free . It’s a game changer for me.

@NPASLondon I have one which is used for polar alignment, when setting the camera on the tracker for Astro photography. ( look through a sight before I fire the pen of for seconds to fine tune. ) Once polar aligned the pen is t used any more.
