“What’s the First Thing You Do with a New Student?”
We start by reducing pressure. Before skills, we build trust. Once a student feels safe and seen, the strategies begin to stick.
A powerful reminder that connection is the foundation of learning.

Starting the Year Strong as an Adult with ADHD
Try this simple 2-step system:
1️⃣ A “Today List”: 3 key tasks max
2️⃣ A “Later List”: everything else
This reduces overwhelm and helps build momentum—one small win at a time.

Why Routines Matter for Neurodivergent Learners
According to the Harvard Center on the Developing Child, predictable routines help reduce stress and free up cognitive capacity for learning.
This is especially impactful for students with ADHD or learning differences.
• Give a 5–10 min transition buffer before starting
• Let your student choose their workspace
• Use “body doubling” (working alongside the student on your own work) to reduce overwhelm
A little structure can create big shifts in motivation and confidence.
Our coaches focus on growth that lasts, helping students build systems they can rely on long after a session ends.
