Nobody wants to build other's dreams, we all want to build our dreams and there is no better way to do it than to work on our own goals. This is one of the keys of #MOTIVATION. Not only students need to be flexible, but to develop #AUTONOMY and #RESPONSIBILITY for their learning.

How to #support#students to develop self-regulation? What do you think about creating spaces so students can speak or write about their #emotions and reactions. What about an emotional check-in? or a circle to express in one-word how they feel today? or even with a movement?
How many #emotions can you list? Berkeley Wellbeing Institute lists around 85 emotions. Only when we are #aware of these emotions and are able to verbalize them, we can find strategies to cope with them and start regulating them, making choices and deciding how to #react.
