However, I traveled there to plan and attend my mom’s funeral. I saw her— what was left of her. She didn’t see me. It was the reunion and farewell I never anticipated. It’s now December. I’m broken. 💔

Earlier this year, I spoke to my mom about not being able to travel to Jamaica in the summer. She was evidently disappointed. After pressing her a little, she admitted in a guarded way that she missed me. This year, I traveled to Jamaica in the summer.

Help us to pray for our families in St Elizabeth. We haven’t heard anything for hours and the last thing call some people was that roof was gone and trees and poles are down every where.

From all the reports I have received we have taken a most devastating blow in St Elizabeth from Hurricane Beryl.
Significant numbers of roofs being lost, houses destroyed, trees uprooted, light poles downed, almost all roads are impassable. Going to be an extremely long night.

South East St. Elizabeth got it full blast. My roof is gone, my aunts roof gone, my uncle's roof gone, my other uncle roof gone, and I can only imagine all the others gone in my community of Bull Savannah St. Elizabeth . Positive side we have life.
