Most are run by small fleet owners who track cash on paper. With no records anyone can check, outside capital cannot fund them on fair terms.

So we started with the records.

15 June 2025: the fleet grew to 15+ EVs. Since then every EV day is GPS logged and checked against the ledger.

Thank you, that helps us answer properly. Every EV is checked before its first trip each day. Minor faults take 1 to 2 hours to fix and barely move the day. A major fault means the EV rests and the driver pays no fee that day. If a driver is sick, a spare driver takes over when available.

Fair question. We do not have downtime logged by cause yet, so we will not claim a number. What we see: most of it is driver availability. A driver who stops after a few hours means a half day or an idle EV. After that come battery swaps and repairs. We plan to start logging causes.

@HeavyDreamscv You are right, anchoring proves data was not changed, not that it was true. The fix is a GPS device on our electric autos that signs readings at the source and writes them on chain. A few teams do this for mapping and delivery. We plan to build or source one. Not built yet.
