@LeekDuck Better if it explored the area around me that I can't get to at any given time. I rest the game & my buddy explores greater distances, spins further distant stops (within limits of visual radius) catches a few pokemon, if I turn on adventure incense & it grabs me a G bird.

@NianticHelp lost a remote raid encounter & pass when the app crashed and the encounter was gone. Your support ingame incorrectly says I received the encounter or pass. I have not. Thank you.

Starting during Crown Clash: Taken Over, Trainers can join Shadow Raids remotely using a Remote Raid Pass! This change goes into effect on May 13 at 11:00 a.m. PDT.

These Remote Raids will count toward the daily limit, and this change will remain in effect after the event ends.

@NianticHelp I submitted 2 support tickets with ingame support in an effort to get help with a lost remote raid for combat tauros. I won the raid but instead of an encounter screen it went to white screen. I attempted to rejoin I couldn’t find raid via friends list. Pls review.
