Our train service will be stopping short of the Sandford road bridge today due to a bridge strike earlier in the week. We are still running hourly from Warcop, but the journey is about a third of a mile shorter.

FIrst day of our running season today. Trains are hourly from 11am until 4pm, the motive power today being the Thumper 205 009. Driver for a fiver using Fowler diesel shunter 21 is also available

Our friends down the road at the Stainmore Railway have a model railway exhibition on today and are running trains today, so why not visit Kirkby Stephen East as well as Warcop if you are in the area.

Third Sunday of the month, so it is an electric day at Warcop. Trains will be hauled by two Motor Luggage Vans (MLVs) running on battery power. Driver for a fiver will be using the 0-6-0 diesel Darlington. Trains depart hourly from 11am to 4pm.

We are open and running trains every day of this long Bank Holiday weekend. First train is at 11am this morning and the last will be at 4pm on Sunday 5th June. Thumper 205 009 will be working these trains.
