@LapinOnline I one time opened my computer to work on an essay with some friends in the middle of the student lounge, and apparently I hadn’t closed the tab of a *video* I had been watching the night before. It started playing.
These same people are actively funding and supporting a gen0cide.
It doesn’t have to be this way.

Is there an equivalent of “diagetic” in literary terms, like, a term to say that the text itself exists within the world of the novel? Or would this be covered by epistolary?
@brad_congdon With the caveat that I use it to teach purpose of form (she switches from prose to fiction, and it’s written as a series of sketches), the construction of difference and prejudice, and to deconstruct prevailing myths of colonization (I.e the whole idea of empty land)
