As a fanbase, we think it’s important to acknowledge the bad as well as the good. While our account exists to support and celebrate EVAN, we can’t ignore the amount of harassment he’s faced since leaving ENHYPEN on March 10th.
Over the past 3 months, he has become a target to endless bullying and harassment. Hate tweets about him regularly reach tens of thousands of likes, encouraging others to join in on the hate trains . He’s been mocked for his appearance, sent death threats, had AI-generated deepfakes and gore edits made of him, and has reportedly been added to kakaotalk group chats where people shared this content to him firsthand.
Whether you support him or not, there are limits to the amount of hate a person can receive, and this has exceeded that limit. There’s a huge difference between not liking an artist and spending months bullying someone, creating degrading content about them, or encouraging others to harass them. At that point, it stops being criticism and becomes targeted abuse.
Behind every idol is a real person with real feelings. No career decision should result in someone being subjected to this level of hatred. The normalisation of this behaviour has gone far beyond fanwars, and it’s something that shouldn’t be ignored simply because the target is a public figure.
We’ll continue supporting EVAN and celebrating his work, but we also hope people take a step back and think about the impact their words and actions can have. Kindness costs nothing.

Hi @oddatelier@Jennie_HQ@ColumbiaRecords Please merge the two official TikTok sounds for “Less than a Lover”. Having two separate sounds splits nearly 500K posts between them and hurts the song’s visibility. Also, please add the Spotify link to the main audio so users can save and stream the song directly. Thank you
noticing that every time engenes bring out their receipts, the difference is obvious because none of it ever comes close to what heeseung receives. both sides get hated on but one side is CLEARLY subjected to a much more vile and extreme level of hate
it’s so beyond draining and simply just heartbreaking to watch heeseung be dehumanized and casually treated in the most vile ways imaginable every single day and it genuinely makes me sick. why is everyone so quick to forget that above anything else he’s a human being too…..
It’s been months, and somehow the hatred toward Evan has only gotten uglier, all because he chose a different path for his own life. I’ve seen the death threats, the vile posts, even photos edited in ways so dehumanizing that I can’t bring myself to look at them long enough to report them.
What I’ll never understand is why his decision about his own future was ever treated like a personal offense in the first place. He didn’t commit some unforgivable crime that warrants months of cruelty and hatred. People grow, priorities change, and he has every right to decide what kind of life he wants for himself. If your respect for him disappeared the moment his choices stopped aligning with what you wanted, then maybe it was never really respect to begin with.
honestly i’m sure heeseung probably has a lot to say about the entire situation but he chose to be the bigger person instead and i admire that so much.
the busking event was truly so healing for both evan & evers combined .. it really felt like a huge turning point and like everything fell into place idk how to explain it but . whenever i look back on all the pictures and clips from that day it just puts the biggest smile on my face u could see just how happy he was ㅜㅜ my heart feels so warm … i hope evan feels that same love, support, and happiness wherever he goes :*
