I built 42 free RealtySkills for agents, investors, property managers, and builders creating AI for real estate.
20 are available to download on https://t.co/B5lLl6OomP now: https://t.co/64Sr0bCMG9
Use them. Adapt them. Build on them.

@omkarships Distribution is the obvious answer. After that, proprietary data, customer specific architecture and handling the edge cases competitors miss
I see the point of the restaurant analogy people value convenience, quality and the experience, not just the ability to make something themselves.
But software has a different pressure. AI is rapidly lowering the cost of building so some products will be easier to replace. The ones people keep buying will make the hard parts feel effortless. Reliable workflows, trusted data, secure systems and integrations that just work.
We donβt know exactly where the line will land yet. The tools are changing faster than most of us expected.
@theo Hardly any tbh. If you give it enough context, structure your prompts well and know enough to catch bugs youβre pretty much cruising. Depends on the complexity ofc.
@solopribuilds Depends on the end goal. Simple games and lightweight applications donβt necessarily require coding knowledge. But the more complex the backend the more understanding of code becomes critical.
@manxlab Systems thinking, design, and architecture.
Learn to engineer the system around the model the harness, constraints, tools, feedback loops, and evaluation so you can build a factory that consistently produces high quality efficient code.
@omkarships Agreed. Finding demand will become the biggest problem to solve. As capabilities increase, scarcity shifts from the ability to build to the ability to identify whatβs worth building.
'Keep my words" is the right rule. But it goes deeper.
Keep your judgment. Keep your ability to create without the machine. We're building multi agent systems that self modify based on outcomes.
That's leverage. But leverage without boundaries = dependency. And dependency on something that evolves faster than you means you're always behind your own tools.
