Delighted to have made it to @firstpsychology inverness, end of the first stage of my journey by bike to all our centres to celebrate our 15th birthday! A mixed day, filled with big skies, sun and the odd shower. Off now to get some rest and maybe a wee dram..
Some fantastic views today on my way to inverness to visit our @firstpsychology centre. Wind a bit of a challenge at times. Only swore twice, go me. Forres tomorrow. Wind seemingly strengthening.. grrr.

Great to make it to Aberdeen and catch up with colleagues. Some beautiful views of the city coming in on my bike. It’s amazing to think how we have expanded from one to now five rooms in Aberdeen, with more exciting plans ahead!, it’s a thriving @firstpsychology centre!
Fantastic trip up from Arbroath today, looking forward to seeing colleagues in @firstpsychology Aberdeen tomorrow - one of first centres we opened. I’m sure to be welcomed off my bike, tho probably at a distance..
Brilliant to visit our @firstpsychology centre in Dundee today. Lovely to see how Dundee is evolving into such a vibrant place. A blustery day on my bike. The wind inconsiderately blowing in the wrong direction. Onto Aberdeen!
Really enjoyed my cycle to St Andrews, part of my journey to all @firstpsychology centres to celebrate our 15th birthday. Was informed by the lady at the Fife Folk Museum that they used to make it to Inverness in two days on an Ordinary (penny farthing). Not helpful.

It was lovely to welcome Michelle, 'burns warrior', to our conference to hear her speak about her experiences of living with visible difference. Thanks for coming along Michelle, it was an inspiring session!
Michelle Laird was one of our conference speakers, who gave an interesting and emotive talk about her experiences of being a burns survivor. Thank you, Michelle, for joining us on the day and for your lovely words about our conference and our organisation: https://t.co/wRa2OGU1G2
