@AmericanAir Xmas family reunion ruined because suitcase (filled with gifts and summer clothes) not loaded onto flight two days ago. Not delivered today, as promised, and have heard nothing. Wearing same winter outfit in hot Hawaii for 72 hours, and tomorrow is Xmas…😭

@Minted Skipped the proofing process and paid $35 for expedited delivery promised for yesterday (12/16). Checked order status and IT HASN’T EVEN BEEN PROCESSED YET and I can’t reach a human! I am leaving Tuesday morning so if not here by Monday, it will be too late.
