Lake Shalla is one of the spectacular bird destinations found in #Ethiopia and is located at #Abijata_Shalla Lakes #National_Park. The Lake is not well discovered yet potentially. It hosts thousands of birds and is the best breeding site for some species. #pelicanisland.

#Ethiopianwolves typically feed on small prey, such as molerats and grass rats. Occasionally, they may hunt a rock hyrax or a Starck’s hare 🐇

This is an extremely unusual observation by @FZS_Frankfurt photographer Daniel Rosengren, where a #wolf caught not one, but TWO hares!
