@mrbrianrowe Supporting. It’s not too egregious. She’s new to the scene. Focus is on Bear, a lot. And she’d have a better shot at getting in there, as well
@filmstofilms_ May be blasphemous, but for me, it's acting and cinematography. Even if I don't love the story, an actors performance and how a film looks (this is a visual medium) can get me by more times than not and, some of my fave films ever are acting/visual showcases.
Andy Roddick has been an awesome addition to ESPN.
My only advice as if he needs any: let loose even more! The more Andy talks and gives his personality and humor, the better.
Loving the entire broadcast this year.
@mrbrianrowe Hard to tell. May pop-up with one or two televiseds which would make us think it will happen. All depends on if more prominent performances pop after Venice/Fall festivals etc, too.
@For_Film_Fans This may sound silly. But there's something so fascinating about watching old videos like this sometimes in that... she jumps in the water and feels the exact same emotion back then that we do now when jumping into water. For that brief second, the emotion is exactly the same.
@TheCinesthetic What gets me every time is the choking back of "...but you see..." just before tearing into the 1st The Winner Takes it All. The 'but you see' is just so real and raw -- she really feels it.
@firefly3651@rennaestubbs 100%. I understand being upset. But Serena is bigger (better) than all of her reactions post-match, or ... she should have been.
