Forsyth recently ranked 13th in Georgia and 141st in US on LendEDU’s list of 1,000 fastest growing cities that are affordable for homebuyers.

Forsyth is expected to grow by 11.17% over the next five years and we have a median monthly home cost of $1,184 according to their data.

Governor Kemp announced this afternoon that he will issue a mandatory statewide shelter-in-place executive order tomorrow. The order is set to be effective from April 3 through April 13th.
