Taking USA as the main subject when talking about the whole world is a weak way to prove a notion. You'd barely see misconduct like this in top European countries. You can not even see this in Russia.

It seems like all those leadership and public conduct rules we learnt while growing up are only meant for people in less developed countries.

In the advanced world, people do not go by the rule book and they always win. Trump is one example. You can hate him, it doesn’t remove the fact that he won outside of the book. IShowSpeed is another example.

I think those rules need to be revised. Just be yourself.
