I don’t think people realize how absurd this is. Scottish runner Josh Kerr just broke the mile world record in 3:42.66, an average speed of 16.2 mph. Most people couldn’t even briefly reach that speed, let alone sustain it for an entire mile.

Shabana Mahmood has misled Parliament.

She falsely claimed there was an attempted terror attack on an Islamic event and police arrests “undoubtedly saved lives”.

Now the police say they “found no evidence to support anyone being charged with any offences linked to the alleged threat.”

Mahmood is a disgrace and must resign.

As a fellow Northerner, this one really hurts.

Kevin Keegan wasn't just a footballer. He was a hero to so many of us growing up. Passion, pride, commitment and heart — he gave everything every time he stepped onto the pitch.

Thank you for the memories, the inspiration and the belief that anything was possible.

Article 6: The Great British Waiting Game.
For 10 months I fought a benefits decision that should never have happened.

The tribunal wasn't won by dramatic legal arguments.

It was won because somebody finally read the documents and applied the law.

The facts had been there all along.
