@British_Airways You’ve already said you won’t help because the final flight was in AA even though they didn’t even receive the bags. Local support cant help either because you failed to scan the bags. Guarantee some help and I’ll DM
3rd @British_Airways flight in as many months with severe issues. All it takes is a little help rather than an contemptuous FU. Ceremonial burning of Gold card later. 15 years of loyalty down the tube. NPS 0.
And thanks to @Apple AirTags I know where my bags are even if @British_Airways have no clue because someone at LHR failed to scan them when they decided to send them to Madrid. 4 days lost and counting.
Back on here to immortalise just how s**t @British_Airways have become. CPH-SJO 5 bags lost. Bags separated at LHR where 2 stayed. 3 sent in the wrong direction to MAD and are now completely lost. CS indifferent and local reps unable to trace bags.
